Enjoy peace and tranquility in our SPA & Beauty with swimming pool, indoor- and outdoor whirlpool, Finnish sauna,
vitarium, Turkish bath and relaxation room with mattresses of water and hay. In your room you will find bathrobes,
flip-flops and bath towels for the pool and the sauna and a high quality room cosmetics.
For special moments of wellbeing we also offer in our wellness area a wide range of special teas, fresh fruits and juices.

Our house offers in summer guided hikes for all levels, Nordic walking tours and children's entertainment
during the months of July and August. In winter we organize guided ski tours, snowshoeing tours
and activities like Acqua Gym.
Our shuttle will take you all day from 8.30 to 11.30 am and from 12.30 to 17.30 pm to the valley station
of the ski lifts of Corvara (Colt Alto and Piz Boé) and La Villa (Piz La Ila), to the winter wonderland of the Dolomites Superski. With pleasure we will pick you up after a beautiful day in La Villa or Corvara (only La Villa and Corvara).
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION
Your stay with us in the Dolomites is definitely confirmed when both parties (reservation Office and Guest) will receive the e-mail of definite confirmation. We kindly ask a deposit of 30% of the total amount, that can be payed per bank transfer, check, postal money order or through credit card: please tell us your credit details and the due date, in order to allow us to charge the above mentioned amount. An unexpected event may put at risk the status of your stay: we recommend all our guests to take a trip cancellation insurance and we kindly ask to inform us. In line with European standards and in the absence of
agreements, We will charge the following fees (% of total stay):
- In case of early departure or late arrival, a 100 % penality fee will be charced .
The prices are per person/night with half-board treatment and all other CRISTALLO included services. The local tax of Euro 2,50 per person/day is not included in the price. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. For Bed&Breakfast, there is a deduction of Euro 25,00 in winter and Euro 20,00 in summer from the half-board price.

Kind of personal data
Hotel Cristallo have to process data collected from the website operated by us, from the software applications provided by us, data which can be used on PCs and mobile devices, from social media pages operated by us, Emails messages, Wi-fi connections, online services, your visit and stay at our hotel and other offline interactions and from services based on physical and mobile localization.
Purpose and modality of data processing
We process your data for the purpose of getting in touch with the guests to interact with social medias or external platforms, to conclude the reservations, to register and authenticate the guest, to provide the services requested, to process the payments, to compile statistics and also for promotional activities, advertising, marketing, mailing and profiling. In this connection also particular categories of personal data can be processed.
The processing is performed in the registered office of the controller through any written or electronic operation connected with personal data processing, whether or not by automated means, even by entering data bases such as collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, elaboration, adaptation, selection, retrieval, alignment, blocking, communication, erasure or destruction of the data. The data processing is carried out by the controller and/or his authorized staff.
[...] The data, in the framework of the activities described above, for organizational reasons of the controller, including legal obligations, can be transmitted to subjects or operators contractually bound with the controller in Italy or EU, like f.e. banks, consultants or advertising companies. On request the data controller will give you a detailed list of the third parties to which data can be transmitted.
The lawfulness of data processing depends of the purpose of the treatment. In this regard, we have to make clear that concerning the management of bookings the lawfulness is based on the execution of the contract and /or on the performing of a legal obligation. For the other purposes the treatment is based on the exercise of a legitimate interest of data holder and on your free and informed consent.
The controller has to inform on which legal basis the processing is performed when he is asked about. Whenever the processing relies on the consent of the concerned person, an eventual refusal could prevent the possibility of achieving fully or partially the purpose referred to in the previous point.
Data retention period
The data are processed and stored for the period established in the purposes for which they have been collected without prejudice to a longer period required by legislation. Therefore, in case of execution of a contract or of performance of an obligation the data will be saved until the formalities have been completed and in any case, for the longer period which could be necessary for eventual claims. For on-line requests data can be stored for 30 months. For those which can be referable to the legitimate interest until fulfilment of it and for data purely relied on the consent of the person concerned as long as the consent will be withdrawn and in any case for a period not longer than 8 years.
In case of withdrawal of the consent the processing until this date will be rightful.
We inform that data of minors acquired thanks to stays in our hotel will be immediately be erased as requested by the law requirements.

The data subject has the right to information and access, to limitation and opposition to data processing, withdrawal of consent, verification, rectification and erasure of the data, and also the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (Garante).
